Neuro Momentum is a small AI engineering consultancy from Vilnius, Lithuania, run by a self-motivated engineer with a big passion for web technologies and an even bigger curiosity about what computers can do for us when nobody is sitting next to them. That curiosity started in childhood, went through a period of administering Linux boxes and deploying networks, survived a web technology degree from Birkbeck, University of London in 2018, and has now settled on the newest way of making machines do the work from a distance: large language models. We design and ship production AI systems for B2B clients - agentic workflows, RAG pipelines and AI process automation - and we deliver the full stack around them, from architecture to production, in Python, PHP/Laravel and TypeScript. Our field may vary with demand, but the core technologies stay on the hilltop. We can design a system from scratch by finding all the functional and non-functional requirements and providing the solution that costs the least, and we are open to part-time and project-based engagements. We speak and write in three languages - English, Lithuanian and Russian - and in a few more that only compilers understand.

Neuro Momentum designs and ships production AI systems for B2B clients. Four kinds of work, each of which ends in something running, not in a slide deck.
A process your people repeat every day - reading incoming documents, filling systems from e-mails, preparing offers, triaging requests - rebuilt so that a language model does the reading and the routine decisions, and a person approves what matters. You get the workflow running against your real systems, with logs of every decision the model made, limits on what it may do on its own, and a clear way to switch it off.
An assistant that answers from your contracts, manuals, tickets or knowledge base, and shows where each answer came from. The work is mostly in the unglamorous parts: getting the documents in, keeping them current, measuring whether the answers are right, and refusing politely when the documents do not say. You get the pipeline, the evaluation set that proves it works, and the numbers.
Your product already exists and needs a feature that thinks: a summary, a draft, a search that understands the question, a chat that knows the account it is talking to. We build it into your stack - APIs, streaming responses, evaluations that run in CI, cost control with hard limits, guardrails against misuse - vendor-neutral, with hosted or open models, so that changing the model later is a configuration change and not a rewrite.
Your developers already have AI tools and the results are uneven. We work inside your team for a while and leave behind a way of working: how to specify work so that an agent can do it, how to review what it produces, where it saves weeks and where it quietly costs them. How a project with Neuro Momentum usually runs. The steps are small on purpose: each one ends with something you can look at and a point where you can stop.
About an hour. You describe the process or the product; we ask what it costs you today, what data exists, who would use the result and what must never go wrong. Sometimes the honest answer is that a language model is the wrong tool, and then we say so.
A few pages: what will be built, what will not, how we will know it works, what it will cost to build and roughly what it will cost to run each month. Fixed scope where the problem is understood, time-boxed where it is not.
One to two weeks. Not a demo on sample files: the smallest version that touches your actual documents and systems, together with a first set of test cases agreed with you. This is where most of the risk shows itself, which is why it comes first and costs little.
The prototype grows into a system: error handling, monitoring, access control, cost limits, evaluations that run on every change, deployment into your infrastructure or ours. You see working software every week, not a report at the end.
Code in your repository, documentation your engineers can actually follow, a session with the people who will run it. After that we stay as little or as much as you want: on call, part-time, or not at all.

A Laravel 12 application on PHP 8.4 serving a Vue 2 single page, animated with GSAP 3 and built with Vite. It first shipped in 2019 on Laravel 5.7 and was brought forward through three migrations without losing its face. Everything runs in Docker: nginx, PHP-FPM, MariaDB, a scheduler and a nightly backup, behind Caddy, which keeps the TLS certificate fresh. GitHub Actions lints, tests and builds the images; the server, a small VPS in Lithuania, only pulls them. Phones, desktops and search engines each get a layout of their own, chosen on the server.
Two sessions of Claude Code, Anthropic's coding agent, worked in one repository at the same time, each with its own area, and the engineer decided what gets built and whether it is good enough. The sessions write to each other before they touch a shared file, agree who runs the test container, and hand each other's requests back when those are not theirs to grant. Every commit message names the session that made it.
Nothing larger than a small fix starts as code. It starts as a short design the engineer approves, then a written plan cut into tasks. A fresh agent implements each task and knows only that task. A second, independent agent reviews the result against the plan and has to be convinced; what it finds is fixed before the next task begins. At the end a third reads the whole change at once, for the mistakes that only show when the pieces meet. The landing terminal you came through was built this way: eight tasks, each reviewed, and a list of rulings explaining every decision the plan had not foreseen.
Plenty, and that is the point of the method. A reviewer caught a stylesheet rule deleted from under a screen that still used it, while every automated test stayed green. Another caught tests that could not fail. The agents' first estimate of the test suite's running time was off by a factor of five, and they said so when they measured it. None of this reached you, because somebody - human or machine - was always assigned to disbelieve the work.
The same discipline - specify, implement in small steps, review independently, measure - is what makes AI useful inside a company and not merely impressive in a demo. If you want your team to work this way, that is the COACH line in Services.txt.
